A little more about me- I am a millennial wife, mom and 9-5 employee looking to break free of the societal norm. I feel led to go against the current from time to time, which leads to some interesting adventures along the way. If you haven’t gathered the conclusion thus far, I am a born-again Christian. I was raised in the faith since I was a young child. However, I didn’t have deep enough roots to anchor me through turbulence in my young adult life. Thus, the ‘born-again’ part comes in. In February 2021, I gave my life to Christ on my own accord and was baptized as a public declaration of the inward change that was going on within me.
Needless to say, my life has been on a much different path ever since. I have always been an encourager; wanting to stand in the gap for those around me when they are going through hardship and offer encouragement and hope if they allow me to. Sometimes that is met with resistance..
With that characteristic, I have since developed this blog. My prayer is that anyone who reads this blog, no matter the topic, can leave encouraged and hopeful for what is to come.
